SINKS WITHIN RISES, WITHIN SINKS

HELENS, SUCH THAT IT IS APPARENT THAT THE BINARY PAIR OF EXTRUSIONS WITHIN THE LARGER ELLIPSE ARE ARRANGED BY THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE YOUNGER ST. HELENS VERSUS THE OLDER MT. ADAMS (OTHER DEPENDANT SMALLER CYCLES ARE OBVIOUS); SEE BELOW THE OBLIQUE VIEW OF THE LARGER REGION:
Rise (RESURGENT DOME) within a sink (CRATER), within a RISE (VOLCANO), within a sink (BASIN, or valley). The following Google photo introduces this topic by showing the mass transfer in a simple salt dome:

The intent of this analysis is to show the correspondance of a salt dome with the extrusion of vulcanism- in this case, of YOUNG VOLCANOES, THAT I HAVE HIKED AND found DETAILS as to the STRUCTURE. WE HAVE NOW DISCOVERED A NEW RULE, THAT WITHIN AN ELLIPTICAL ROTATION, THERE OCCUR RE-CIRCULATION OF MASS, SUCH THAT EACH SINK INCURS A RISE, AND WITHIN THE RISE THERE OCCURS ANOTHER SINK. AVERY ISLAND SALT DOME INDICATES THAT CONTINUED SPIRALING CREATES FURTHER MASS TRANSFER, WITH THE PROCESS REPLICATING AT LEAST 3 TIMES: PHOTO BELOW SHOWS THE INTER-RELATION OF THE VULCANISM AND THE GREAT CURVATURE OF THE COLUMBIA RIVER- WHERE MIOCENE MOVEMENTS CREATED AN ENVIRONMENT, WHICH ALLOWED LATER ELLIPTICAL MILANKOVITCH ROTATIONS TO ACCOMPANY VERTICAL ROTATIONS OF THE CRUST. IT APPEARS THAT THE ROTATION IS SUCH AS TO INCORPORATE THE NORMAL TEMPERATURE OF THE MANTLE, WHICH THEN RISES AS BASALT INTO THE CRUST, WITH AN ABNORMAL TEMPERATURE:


I re-interpret all of this (COMPARING it to the extrusions of magma in a volcanic dome) by the finding that the original salts have been extruded by the elliptical shearing and stressing brought about by the Milankovitch 100 k.y. rotation. This extrusion is initiated, similarly to that of volcanic extrusions, by lateral stresses incurred with the movement of the earth’s revolution about the sun into larger diameter ellipses than the normal circular path around the sun. This is reinforced by the measurement of earth tides with Google Earth distance measurements, which show that there is a 20 km m.y. separation of N-S gridlines in the Gulf of Mexico for a traverse made E-W for 300 km of distance along the Gulf basin This finding repeats the circumstance found for volcanic extrusions each 20 km E-W in the UT and AZ regions near the border between these two states. Below is a photo of an extrusion (volcanic crater) which shows the sequence of a dome within a crater, within a volcanic cone, within the St. George basin:




CLOSER TO MY SUMMER HOME IS WHIDBEY ISLAND, WHERE I HAVE HIKED THE BEACHES AND INTERIOR ENOUGH TO KNOW THE GROSS ASPECTS OF THE STRUCTURAL GEOLOGY AND MOVEMENTS OF BOTH PRE- AND POST-GLACIAL SHEAR AND ROTATION OF CLIFFS AND TILT OF THE ISLAND (DUE TO MILANKOVITCH CYCLES AND WOBBLES OF THE EARTH). GOOGLE PHOTO BELOW SHOWS A SINK NEAR GREENBANK- HANCOCK LAKE, WHERE CRANBERRIES WERE RAISED A CENTURY PREVIOUS. THIS PROVED TO BE ENCUMBERED BY PERIODIC INTRUSIONS OF SALT WATER, and ABANDONED AFTER FINDING THAT THE SEA WAS ENCROACHING MORE-SO WITH TIME. FIRST, LOOK AT A VIEW OF HANCOCK LAKE- WHICH HAS SEVERAL MILANKOVITCH CYCLES SHOWN IN THE SOFT SEDIMENTS. THESE ARE MORE READILY FORMED IN YOUNG DEPOSITS, BECAUSE OF THE LOW VISCOSITY, COMPARED TO HIGH SHEAR STRENGTH SANDSTONES AND OLDER SEDIMENTARY ROCKS. THIS YIELDS AN OPPORTUNITY TO STUDY THE SHEAR AND ROTATION OF QUATERNARY SEDIMENTS, AND HOW THEY REACT TO THE "WRENCHING OF THE CRUST" CREATED BY ELLIPTICAL AND OTHER ROTATIONS (IN THE CASE OF THE ELLIPSE, FROM THE INFLUENCE OF THE LARGE PLANETS PULLING THE EARTH INTO A LARGER ORBIT ABOUT THE SUN- WHILE EXPANDING IT, CREATING GRABENS AND SINKS WHILE DOING SO, WITH EXTENSION, AND ROTATING THE CRUST WHICH IS CLOSEST TO THE OUTER PLANETS) NOTICE THE CURVATURE OF THE MARSHY MEANDERS. THIS COULD BE A VIEW OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER- WHERE BLUFFS OCCUR ON THE EAST SIDE FROM THE OHIO RIVER TO MEMPHIS, TN, AND MARSHY AREAS SUITABLE FOR RICE FARMING EXIST ON THE ARKANSAS AND LOUISIANA SIDES. I HAVE FOUND THAT A MILANKOVITCH CYCLE- WHETHER AXIAL, ELLIPTICAL, OR PRECESSIONAL- HAS A TILT WHICH RESULTS IN A SLANTED PROTRUSION, IN SALT DOMES, VOLCANOS, AND NOW TO THE ALMOST HORIZONTAL SWAMP DEPOSITS. REMARKABLE, EH! ONCE YOU FORGET THE IDEAS OF MANTLE PLUMES, HOTSPOTS IN THE CORE AND MANTLE, AND DEEP METAMORPHISM, YOU WILL BEGIN TO UNDERSTAND THE DYNAMICS OF THE CRUST- AS IT IS INFLUENCED BY LATERAL ROTATIONS DUE TO SHIFT OF THE EQUINOX, WOBBLE OF THE POLES DUE TO AXIAL WOBBLE, AND ELLIPTICAL REVOLUTIONS ABOUT THE SUN EACH 100 K. OR 1 M.YEARS:
Earth tides are fairly regular, enough to use the AXIAL MILANKOVITCH CYCLE in conjunction with it to obtain dating of sedimentary rock movements. This movement is 20 mm/year, and I initially thought that it would change with Latitude. As measured for known changes, it remains at 20 mm/year for Whidbey Island REBOUND. I am exploring the reasons for this constancy, and expect that there is a compensating feature from the combination of EARTH-MOON AND EARTH-SUN earth tides. Although the lakes are the result of MILANKOVITCH ELLIPTICAL CYCLES (and are elliptically presented), there is a 40 k.y. AXIAL cycle adjacent in rises (of both) nearby.
I used these sinks because they are a base of comparison for later rebound. Although the sinks start in earlier Quaternary time, the rebound calculated with earth tides is 13+ k.y., which I take from the literature is approximately correct. The sinks are still sinking, according to the historical record (and not rising with rebound), where cranberries were raised in Lake Hancock, until succeeding storms continued to broach the lake- adding salt water to it, as continues today.
The village near the pump house, east of the Keystone Ferry is rising, and I wondered why, until I noticed that the beach does NOT DETERIORATE WITH STORMS. The AXIAL RISING shows that it is connected with the uplift accompanying the CCW cycle which rotates in harmony with the adjacent ELLIPTICAL 100 k.y. cycle (which dominates the AXIAL and Precessional cells of younger ages).
These MILANKOVITCH CYCLES are not peculiar to the NW, since I have tracked them for most of the QUADRANSPHERE for North America. Even in the Gulf of Mexico, which I show in an earlier blog, has fairly constant 20 mm/year EARTH TIDES, and these creates extrusions of salt similarly to that of vulcanism in my area of hiking in Southern Utah.

THAT THE SAME INFLUENCE OF POLAR WOBBLES AFFECTS DAILY WEATHER AND CLIMATE IS SHOWN BY VIEWING A SATELLITE IMAGE FROM 22,000 MILES IN SPACE. ABOVE IS SHOWN A HIGH PRESSURE ELLIPSE FOR MAY 16, 2011, OVER THE EASTERN PACIFIC. SEVERAL CONFIRMATIONS ARE SHOWN IN THIS DIM PHOTO:
a. ELLIPSES FORM WITH WEATHER CELLS, SIMILARLY TO THAT FOUND FOR CRUSTAL SHEAR. THESE ARE ROTATING CW (INDICATED BY HIGH PRESSURE AND CLEAR SKIES), AND CONTAIN 2 OPPOSITELY ROTATING CLOUDY CELLS, CCW, FOR RISING AIR. THIS IS SIMILAR TO THAT FOR ELLIPTICLY ARRANGED BINARY VOLCANOES, WHERE EXTRUSIONS OF RISING MAGMA ROTATE CCW IN A VALLEY OR BASIN WHICH IS ROTATING CW;
b. ALTHOUGH MILANKOVITCH ELLIPSES FORM DUE TO THE ATTRACTION OF LARGE PLANETS, AND ARE SIGNIFICANT ON THE 100 K.Y. SCALE, THEY NEVERTHELESS INFLUENCE THE WEATHER PATTERNS ON A DAILY BASIS. ON THE M.Y. SCALE, WHERE EARTH TIDES MOVE THE CRUST 20 MM/YEAR, THE CRUST IS ELLIPTICALLY ARRANGED MUCH MORE SLOWLY. THIS OCCURS DUE TO THE MUCH LARGER VISCOSITY OF THE CRUST- ON THE ORDER OF 10 BILLION TIMES THAT OF WATER AND AIR. THIS IS MISSED BY MOST GEOLOGISTS, WHO PROCLAIM THAT THE CRUST IS BRITTLE. IT IS INDEED, BUT THE DISCERNING GEOLOGIST HAS NOTICED THAT PARALLEL FRACTURES ALLOW SMALL SHEARING MOVEMENTS TO OCCUR, TAKING THE PLACE OF A VISCOUS MEDIUM;
c.MILANKOVITCH CELLS INCORPORATE THE CORIOLIS EFFECT, SIMILARLY TO THAT OF THE ATMOSPHERE- THEY ROTATE CCW WITH RISING ENTITIES, AND VICE VERSA. ELLIPTICAL CELLS CARVE THEIR SIGNATURE IN ALL SORTS OF ROCKS, INCLUDING SEDIMENTARY SANDSTONES WHICH CANNOT BE DATED BY RADIOACTIVITY-DATING.



FOOTNOTE 1: Notice that the dome has arcs of dry land within the fresh water lake (which is in the LA swamps of brackish water). This has been explained as due to the dissolution of salt within the underlying plastic dome of NaCl and CaSO4- which began to encounter fresh water at about the 3000 foot or 1 km depth. The salt at the upper levels then began to be dissolved, and to be carried distant by the laterally-moving groundwater. The domes normally have an overhang or lateral shaft of salt which has been drilled and which has been found to harbor or trap hydrocarbons beneath. This occurs at about the depth of the base of fresh water, and it was assumed to be related to the dissolution of the salt. There occur other chemical anomalies, and they are assumed to be part of a transition of compacted anhydrite in a chemically-reductive environment to the shallower less pressured gypsum and sulfur in an oxidizing environment as follows;
CaSO4 + CARBONATED water >> hydrated gypsum + limestone + sulfur + H2S

In the process above, vugs are created and they are filled with CaCO3 or primary limestone, and gas fills any un-filled pore space. All of this is circumstantial and is complicated by the reductive environment of black oil and bacteria or other life which thrives in a reductive environment. Notice that the top of the dome is elevated (dry land) and has a fresh water lake (elevated above the marsh), and that there are obvious arcs of dry land containing trees within the lake.
